Our Wisconsin Ironman
Bob Heise has been on our Sadistic Century Team since the beginning in 2015 and the Gran Fondo before that. Bob has provided us our t-shirt graphic artist, managed the t-shirt procurement, helped mark the route, and many other tasks. He has also been a ride ambassador, helping riders along the route while participating in the ride with the faster riders.
A few years back, Bob challenged some family members to complete the Wisconsin Ironman event near Madison. Bob got his new Look from Art at Spoke and Pedals in Hudson, WI and started training with his new bike and power meter. Bob really took it to us that summer. Our Tuesday night rides, Bob would pull the group at his fixed watt target and almost ride us all right off his wheel. Bob has a great event and completed his family challenge.
Be sure to sign up soon. Prices increase this week. 2021 Ride Registration is $25 before May and includes free T-shirt. $30 until June, $40 until July, $50 until August. During August, $50 Registration does not include free T-shirt. Day-of Registration $75 starting 6:30 AM, Saturday, August 21st 2021. Get a friend or two to sign-up, lets celebrate a great event and have our largest ride yet!
