Sadistic Century – A Great Challenge and More
In a previous post, Origins of the Sadistic Century, we learned how the ride started with some friends from around the area. What we didn’t know, was that a great bicycling couple got started at one of those early rides. After meeting on one of those early rides starting at Steve Brown’s home, and many, many, more bike rides, Linda and Andy were married in December of 2019.
Linda has volunteered with us on the Sadistic Century, helping with ride registration for years on the morning of the ride. Andy has completed our ride for years. We are so excited to have Linda and Andy back, and everyone else back for 2021 after taking 2020 off like every other event.
Registration is $25 in April and goes up in May. Registration includes a great tee-shirt and awesome after party with lunch and beer. We are really looking to grow our ride in 2021. All our proceeds go to our awesome charitable partners, Stepping Stones of Dunn County and CORBA Trails.
